Preamble Appetizers
Bacon Poutine
Crispy fries layered with melted cheese curds and crispy bacon and topped with poutine gravy and fresh scallions.
Fried Cheese Curds
Fresh cheese curds battered and coated with seasoned bread crumbs and golden fried. Served with warm marinara sauce.
Beer-braised Wings
1 lb. of wings tossed in Buffalo barbecue sauce and grilled. Served with celery sticks and ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
Beer Battered Onion Rings
Thick-cut yellow onions coated with beer-infused batter and golden fried. Served with spicy ranch dressing.
Loaded Nachos
Fresh fried tortilla chips topped with house-made Texas beef or vegetarian chili, beer cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, onions and jalapenos.
Loaded Fries or Tater Tots
